It is a well-established fact that everyone experiences boredom and while people may experience it for several reasons the real science comes in how they deal with it efficiently. An experiment was conducted on 54 willing participants where they had to answer a series of questions after which the participant must select a highlighted image from a series of 8 and must continue this process for 320 times. The whole process will take 10 minutes and has been scientifically put because it has been proved that it is among the most boring things to do by human being. The experiment concluded that those who experience boredom often tend to have more anxiety and depression in the future which is why it is how you cope with boredom that makes more sense than how you get bored. One must always do things to keep themselves engaged when you are bored such as think about more productive things like grocery list, the maintenance plans, your music playlist among other things.
