The Ayurveda Balance

The core Ayurvedic philosophy is to prevent any and all suffering of human beings so that they can live a long and healthy life. This is done in this age-old holistic science of life is by finding the root cause of the disease and then eradicating it. Allopathy on the other hand always follows 3 steps - Hypothesis, Experimentation and Observation. Even though this approach is more systematic it does not deal with the cause of the disease with much accuracy.  The advantage that Ayurveda has over Allopathy is that when it cures a disease, it does so in its origin and therefore it is a permanent cure.

On the other hand, allopathy only provides temporary relief by killing off the disease-causing organisms. Another added advantage Ayurveda has is that it makes use of natural herbs for its medicine preparation while allopathy prepares its antidotes from synthetically generated chemicals which can seriously damage the immunity system. Ayurveda can also boast the fact that there are absolutely no side effects that arise as a result of undergoing ayurvedic treatment.

Most of the Ayurvedic treatments in Kerala revolve around these fundamental policies. The Ayurvedic resorts in Kerala, the Ayurveda training courses in Kerala have also adopted the same. The Yoga Center in Kannur has even adopted the Panchakarma Therapy in Kerala.
