The ideal wake up time is between 6 am to 8 am and practice waking up without an alarm. Start off the day with a glass of warm water. After your daily dose of cleanliness, engage is some light exercise or yoga activities. Have a nutritious breakfast and don’t rush to go to the office, college or school. The ideal lunch time is around 12 pm to 1 pm. Walk about 5 minutes after lunch to assist in digestion.
