Studies show that human immunity power is decreasing every generation and in a year, humans are most susceptible to diseases during winter. These are some simple steps to follow so as to boost your immunity power. The quantity of Food: Never eat till you full. Leave about 25% free space in your stomach for smooth digestion. Lighter food: Try to limit the consumption of heavy foods such as cheese, butter, and other red meats.

Main meal: Your main meal of the day should be lunch as it gives you the energy for the rest of the day. Avoid having a heavy dinner as it interferes with proper digestion. Take Rest: One should ensure to take enough rest. Never substitute sleep for anything.

Follow a routine: Practice waking up, eating, sleeping and all other daily chores in a fixed time.
