The Ayurvedic Fit

We have all grown up hearing a common saying ‘no pain, no gain’ but that is a huge lie. There is absolutely no need to put your body through the immense ordeal just to stay fit. Ayurveda is designed so as to avoid the stress of all kind. Not just mental stress but also a physical one. This does not mean one must never exercise; you need a right balance and there is absolutely no need to exhaust your body and make it go through pain to stay fit. Doing this at a young age actually has an adverse effect on the body growing up. You have to maintain that physique you have created otherwise it becomes something unneeded and it also causes your skin to age faster than it should. What we need to understand is that the human body does have certain limitations and these limits change from human to human but are very much present and the fundamental aspect of Ayurveda is to identify these limits in individuals and to present a diet and exercise suitable for each person.
 
Most of the Ayurvedic treatments in Kerala revolve around these fundamental policies. The Ayurvedic resorts in Kerala, the Ayurveda training courses in Kerala have also adopted the same. The Yoga Center in Kannur has even adopted the Panchakarma Therapy in Kerala and yoga centre in Kannur.
