Ayurvedic Brain Power

Everyone wants the ability to utilize one’s full mental potential and to achieve top-notch mental performance. According toAyurveda, three of our daily routines need to be working functioning at peak performance for this to be achieved. The three equally important parts of the mental performance are:

•          Diet

•          Sleep

•          Lifestyle

One must also ensure that there is a correct balance between these three factors.

As hard as it is to do in this 21st century, try eating foods that are natural and pure. Avoid foods that have been refined, preserved, genetically altered, artificially colored etc. The recommended ayurvedic diet is vegetarian but it is not mandatory.Lack of quality sleep is the modern plague and there is no going around it. One night of quality sleep helps rejuvenate the mindand improves both short-term and long-term mental prowess. The 8-hour sleep is not mandatory.

Thinking ahead and planning your daily tasks can go a long way. You have already thought of all the possible scenarios and is not surprised, making it easy for you to tackle any and all issues.

Most of the Ayurvedic treatment in Kerala revolve around these fundamental policies. The Ayurvedic resorts in Kerala, theAyurveda training courses in Kerala have also adopted the same. The Yoga Center in Kannur has even adopted the Panchakarma Therapy in Kerala.
